 If you are a person trying to locate and/or relocate to the western suburbs for numerous reasons (like job relocation, more privacy etc.etc.), this would be the perfect place to call it --your home sweet home

 Rent will also include full access to all the amenities in the house : wireless high-speed internet (accesable at every part of the house porch,deck,drive-way , garage etc) , full access to the home-gym and to all it's equipment( press-bench, butterfly,boxing punch-bag,abdoer,treadmill, elliptical..etc.), full access to the porch, yard, deck and swimming-pool (when the weather will permit it)

  You also must like cats (or at least tolerate them) since we have two living with us

  Rent will be $380/month plus a third (1/3) of the high-speed internet bill and a third(1/3) of the cable bill( directv with HD-Receiver).
