Interviewing for immediate openings for 2nd shift dispatchers from 12 PM to 8 PM

Position Requires:

- Oral and written communications skills
- Rate negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer proficiency ie. excel, load boards, email
- Ability to work full time
- Being on time, prompt and prepared on a daily basis

General Duties:

- Booking freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers
- Staying up to date on freight trends
- Checking broker credit worthiness to ensure a prompt payment history
- Completing new customer set up packets
- Pre-planning assigned drivers and tacking their daily moves
- Inputting rate confirmations into dispatch software

Salary is based on experience. Probationary period will go into effect upon hire. Performance will be reviewed on a regular basis.
