Data Entry Clerk

 

 

 

General Purpose

 

To enter time from various source documents into the computer system for processing and data management Purposes. To verify accuracy of the documents and Provide customer service.

 

Type: Full Time

 

FLSA Classification: Non exempt

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 

  • prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

  • check source documents for accuracy

  • verify correct time and date where are Necessary

  • Obtain Further information for incomplete documents

  • combine and rearrange date from source documents where are required

  • enter time from source documents into computer database prescribed, files and forms

  • transcribe information into electronic format required

  • scan documents into document management systems or databases

  • check completed work for accuracy

  • Designated store locations in completed documents

  • respond to requests for information and access relevant files

  • When required print information

  • Comply with data integrity and security Policies

  • Maintain office equipment and stationery supplies own

 

Education and Experience

 

  • High school diploma

  • formal computer training year advantage

  • proficient in computer related applications Such as MS Office

  • proven accurate keyboard skills Ability to enter time and at the required speed

  • knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

  • knowledge of administrative and clerical Procedures

    Pay: $ 12.00 per hour with home.
