Full-Time Professional Live-Out Governess- North Shore of Chicago
Private family based in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago are looking for a professional Governess to join their fully staffed household. Family's ideal start date is no later than the second week of June, 2013, but can be somewhat flexible for the right person. Governess will be in charge of all duties related to children, including but not limited to daily schedules, homework, errands and shopping, school and extracurricular activities, etc.
Candidate must have 5+ years nanny experience, a college degree, be legal to work in the United States and have excellent references. Ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a keen interest in child development, willingness to work with others and a positive attitude. This position is a CAREER Governess position- family is looking for a long-term commitment. Car is not required, but Governess MUST be able to drive. Flexibility is key for this position. MUST be willing to travel, especially during holiday seasons. Salary is DOE, and benefits include health insurance (medical and dental) and paid time off.
