Transportation company hires secretary. Part time/Full time

Requirements:

-must have excellent spelling and grammar skills, must type quickly and accurately and be skilled in customer service

-advanced English speaking/writing/understanding for more than 20-30 daily calls

-keep the office organized, make sure the various appointments and meetings on the schedule are kept straight and manages the flow of visitors or employees who need to see the management staff

-daily work in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Power Point, data base, internet, facebook

-add ads online to different sites and publications

-resolve different problems, issues appeared

-inspect papers, inspect employees, legal documents and more

-deliver mail, bank and legal documents within 10 miles with business car provided

-perform other secretarial functions using the Internet, faxes, scanner and similar equipment from a home office, and who may support several organizations

-you might perform research, negotiate with vendors or supervise other clerical staff

-you might prepare summonses, complaints, motions, responses and subpoenas

-you might do everything what your boss wants, from running to the corner bank to calling all the customers in the next 3 hours

Compensation: $10/h to start. Up to $13.75 for high qualified with minimum 5 years experience.
