I'm looking for someone that has at least minimal experience in remodeling work: you need to know how to paint (not necessary at a very professional level), to install tiles (average skills would be ok), to install a door if necessary, and other general things in remodeling a house.

You need to have your own car as the houses to be remodeled are in various areas in Chicago & Suburbs.

I pay reasonably, according to your experience and skills. You can be paid by the hour or even by the job, depending on your skills.
