Job responsabilities:
Manage benefit plan (health insurance) and enrollments/terminations
Create new hire files and maintain employee files
Responsible for payroll processing
Input data from time sheets to computerized online payroll system
Create documents and complete compliance forms related to employee needs
Provide administrative reports with employee time sheets
Respond to employee pay and medical inquiries
File timely medical claim payments with insurance carrier
Research and resolve all employee compliance issues
Ensures upward communication to management regarding department or employee concerns.
Responsible for balance payroll runs, producing federal, state and local tax payments
Requires a high school diploma
Human Resource Degree Preferred
Must have a minimum of five years HR experience (mid-size company 50-100 employees)
ADP knowledge
Must possess excellent organizational and proof reading skills
Must have MS Office knowledge
Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in a fast paced environment. Must possess multi-tasking
abilities and be very detail oriented.
