DRIVER RECRUITER
We are searching for Driver Recruiters, who are both -professional and driven.
For this position , you will be part of our team ,recruiting strong candidates to sit behind the wheel of our fleet.
Your Role:
- Screen Prospective candidates via phone interviews
- Work directly with the partner teams to schedule new hires for orientation and classes
- Construct weekly reports to deliver to upper management
- Maintain accurate and up to date applications that reflect the current status of where each candidate is in the hiring process
The Right Candidates Will Possess:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- At least 2 years' Experience in Transportation
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates
- Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office
