Tarp System is a cargo equipment store and a repair shop for flatbed tarping systems.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for welcoming client by greeting them in person or on the telephone

Selling cargo equipment in store and via phone

Order parts when stock is low

Process estimate of repairs

Invoice customers in store and via e-mail

Create work orders for mechanics

Update documents in sales software

Coordinating clients

Answer phone inquiries, schedule clients, collecting and posting customers payments.

Qualifications :

Strong selling skills needed

Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Quick books knowledge is a plus

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time

Russian language is a +

Previous front desk management or front desk coordinator experience

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7.30 am to 3 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
